On the app, you have the ability to share account information with someone. Once shared, they will be able to view QR codes and submit screeners on behalf of people on the account. To share an account, please go to Settings from the home page -> Share With Family. If it says their email already exists with an account, please login to the account with their email address and deactivate all users associated with it. If you don’t receive a confirmation email: please check your spam and promotions folders. You may also reset your password at any time if your email was successfully added.

If you’re getting a registered email alert, that means you already have an account associated with your email. If you’re trying to login, you must press “re-login” at the bottom of the app initial registration page, where the SWS logo (two circles over one another) appear at the top.

You can reset your password directly from the “I already have an account" page from the app, or you may press here:

You can deactivate your account by going to Settings -> Deactivate account from the app. You will have to enter your password. Once you delete the last person from your account (you may only have one) it will remove your email address from the system so you may re-register.
